What is Counting Forward and Backward?
Counting is like going on a number adventure!
Counting forward means saying numbers in order from smaller to bigger (1, 2, 3...). Counting backward
means saying numbers from bigger to smaller (10, 9, 8...). It's like climbing up and down a number
ladder!
How to Count Forward and Backward
1️⃣ Start with a number - Choose where to begin your counting journey
2️⃣ Move one step at a time - Add 1 when counting forward, subtract 1 when counting backward
